iWorry by Pringgle Media
iWorry is the first worry journal app available on the App Store. It helps users to handle their worries better than a notepad and is based on the following 4 main ideas:
1. Keep a worry list by writing worries down the moment they occur
2. Schedule a specific time to worry
3. Have a worry place to be with themselves
4. Think through and decide on its solution or action.
Instead of using a normal notepad (paper or electronic), iWorry Lite has these to offer:
✔ Scheduling worry time and choosing worry place.
✔ You can quickly enter a worry to get it out of your mind.
✔ You can categorize each worry with a tag and later on filter your list of worries by a tag.
✔ You can’t see your list of worries when the worry time is not reached yet. This helps to discipline yourself to worry only during a specific time.
✔ When you think through each worry in your list, you can write down your decision, action, solution, or other remarks; delete it from the list if it’s no longer relevant; or keep it in the list for future review.
✔ You can quickly delete multiple worries that are no longer relevent at one go.
✔ Worries that have been reviewed are kept in a separate logbook for future reference. They will not interfere with your current list of worries.
